We installed the ceiling fan and ran a wire to a switch and to a brand new breaker.

Spackled all holes and caulked in all the lines at the baseboard, chair rail, and crown molding

Before
We scraped the popcorn, 2 coats of mud, 1 coat of primer, tape & caulked against the crown, and 2 coats of flat white ceiling paint.
We installed this fan and wired it to a new switch. The homeowner bought separate shades and bulbs which came. out great.
